JuanBustos.com Elevates Mia Saldarriaga to COO

CARTAGENA, Colombia — JuanBustos.com announced today that Mia Saldarriaga has taken an ownership position in the company and was elevated to COO.

Saldarriaga, who for the past three years has focused on brand development for the live cam services company, will now manage JuanBustos.com’s day-to-day affairs.

Company founder Juan Bustos said that through the years Saldarriaga has been “more than an employee.”

“Mia was always a loyal ally and brand champion for the company as we worked diligently to expand in the highly competitive international live cams market,” he said.

Saldarriaga has held a number of positions at the company, from business relations to the selection of models to social media to writing the company’s blog

“Leading several key projects and repeatedly demonstrating a unique ability to get things done in an efficient effective manner, Mia was the primary driving force that began our lucrative cooperation with ModelCentro, and she has also brought in significant business by establishing new relationships within the LatAM market via LALExpo and beyond,” he said.

Bustos said Saldarriaga is always seeking business relationships that are mutually beneficially and generate revenue streams from innovative or strategically positioned new angles.

“Her passion for the live cam industry and the terrific people who work in it, in front of, or behind the cameras is already well established. Now she is setting her sights on even bigger sustainable growth in the years to come.”

Upon comment, Stan D’Aman of ModelCentro.com said, “I’d just like to congratulate Mia. Having gotten to know her over the last few years and after seeing first-hand the kind of work she is willing to put in, I am confident she will be a smashing success in her new role. It’s a very well-deserved promotion and we are glad to have her as a strategic partner.”

Saldarriaga was featured last fall as a WIA Woman of the Month. Her interview can be read here.
